Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit. Final payment is due 60 days before travel. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply based on timing: 60+ days (10% fee), 30-59 days (25% fee), 15-29 days (50% fee), less than 15 days (100% fee).

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance. VacayUnity is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for actions of travel suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
